Action Potential stimulationComputer laboratory에 대한 reference(자료)입니다. 그 이유는 무엇인가? 하나의 칼륨이온 채널은 그 채널의 열리고 닫힘을 결정하는 4개의 subunit, 즉 각각의 또다른 gate 를 갖고 있따 이 gate 들은 voltage 에 의해서 열리며, (voltage operated channel) 서로 影響(영향)을 주지 않으면서 각각 닫히거나 열릴 수 있따 따라서 전체로서의 칼륨이온 채널이 열릴 확률은 각각의 gate가 열릴 확률을 산술적으로 곱하는 것으로 표현 할 수 있따 즉, gate 하나가 열릴 확률을 x 라고 할 때 4개의 gate 가 동시에 열릴 확률은 x4 가 되는 것이다.

program 1(patch clamp)를 사용한 실험.

1-1) 칼륨 채널:

A. 채널이 열릴 확률은 시간이 지날수록 s 자 곡선의 모양을 보이며 증가한다. 시간이 지나며 s 모양을 보이는 것은 이러한 gate 들이 동시에 열릴 확률 x4가 결국은 순차적으로 더해지게 되므로( 시간이 지날수록 하나의 채널이 어떤 전압에 의해서 열렸을 확률이 존재하게 되므로) 1에 가깝게 되는데 이 s 모양의 곡선은 y= x4 의 그래프의 影響(영향)을 받아 생긴 것이다.
1-2) 나트륨 채널
